DOCUMENTATION COMMUNITY DESIGNS

Necessary Documents: a. Name, address, nationality and tax identification number of the applicant (legal or natural person). In the case of a legal person, it is necessary to indicate the name and position of the signatory. (In case of a natural person, the name should be the same that appears on the National Identity Card; for legal persons, the name must reflect the particulars recorded in the Commercial Register). b. Name of the designer in case the applicant wishes to have him/her mentioned in the application (not mandatory). No authorization form needed. Technical Documents: a. An image of the design to be registered, preferably digitalized (AutoCAD or Photoshop compatible) and over white background. Where applicable, it is recommended to include several views of the same object or drawing.
