Necessary
Documents:
a. Authorization signed by the design owner. Name, address, nationality
and tax identification number of the applicant (legal or natural
person). In the case of a legal person, it is necessary to indicate the
name and position of the signatory. (In case of a natural person, the
name should be the same that appears on the National Identity Card; for
legal persons, the name must reflect the particulars recorded in the
Commercial Register).
b. Name, address and nationality of the designer.
c. A list of designated countries under the Hague Agreement where
protection is sought.
Technical Documents:
a. An image of the design to be protected, preferably digitalized
(AutoCAD or Photoshop compatible) and over white background. Where
applicable, it is recommended to include several views of the same
object or image. |
